ARROJOPRODUCT.COM OFFERS FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50. ORDERS THAT TOTAL UNDER $50 WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO SHIP VIA FEDEX EXPRESS OR GROUND, OR UPS GROUND. IF A PO BOX IS GIVEN, THE ORDER WILL SHIP VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE BASED ON THE WEIGHT AND DESTINATION ZIPCODE..

Processing Time

Orders received between Monday and Friday (excluding federal holidays within the United States) must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Arrojo product cannot be responsible for delays in the mail if you order your gift certificate over the phone.

Returns Policy

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Arrojo Product as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
